Meet Paul Matcham
Matcham’s Professional Painting is family owned and operated serving Solano County since 1996. This is our 28th year in business with over 35 years experience. Paul was introduced to painting when he was in high school. He has a family history of painters. He started painting tract homes for a commercial company which wasn’t his favorite kind of painting because it was a quick paint job with no detail in your work. Then he worked for a few general contractors as their painter and he did residential work and commercial work. After working for the second general contractor, he made the decision to start his own business and get his painting contractors license. He achieved his goal and teamed up with his dad and older brother. He started his business “Matcham’s Professional Painting”. They made a great team and worked together for over 13 yrs. He has a family operated business. Paul’s wife Christina is his Office Manager. He takes pride in his work and specializes in residential work because it is focused around clean, efficient, quality work, at reasonable prices. He’s very detail oriented, some call him “a perfectionist”, being very meticulous, this goes hand in hand with painting. He has a lot of returning clients due to this reason. Most of them say he cleans while he paints, which is true. There’s no job too small or too big.
